Retreat

Enjoy rest, self-reflection and a fully immersive mindfulness experience

  • Gather with other practitioners for weekly mindfulness via Zoom.

    Each week, you will receive a short talk, a guided mindfulness practice and a Q&A with Ginna or a guest teacher.

    Length: 60 minutes each week

  • Learn about the practice and benefits of mindfulness meditation and experience a few short practices via Zoom.

    These are meditations that you can use throughout the day as well as a longer breath meditation for formal practice.

    Length: 60 minutes

  • Here you will gain access to a variety of mindfulness topics through video recordings. Topics include:

    • Mindfulness for Self-Compassion

    • Mindfulness for Eating

    • Mindfulness for Depression and Anxiety

    Videos and content will be uploaded and updated regularly.

  • In 7 live in-person or online weekly sessions, participants will learn 7 different mindfulness meditations with accompanying audio meditations to practice between sessions.

    We’ll discuss the latest information on mindfulness including neuroscience & self-compassion research, and equip ourselves to find love, joy, and resilience, even in times of stress and hardship.

  • Pricing for this course is on a sliding scale between $275-$375

  • Ginna will be offering half and full day retreats 3 times a year in unique and tranquil locations.Learn more about upcoming retreats and book your spot.

Working with Ginna

  1. Learning about you

    Using an assessment form, you will be asked to fill out information such as your reasons for wanting to do the course, you previous experiences, if any as well as a stress assessment. This will help Ginna to learn about your specific goals and needs.

    You will then have an opportunity to book a chat with Ginna

Once you sign up and pay for the course, you will receive a welcome email which will detail everything you can expect.

3. Your portal

Sign into your portal to access live virtual events, resources and meditations to practice throughout the course
