MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Ginna Maus, LCSW had dedicated her life to learning, practicing and teaching about the inner workings of the self. She has been a psychotherapist since 1999 specializing in mindfulness, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions up to and including death.
She is a holistic practitioner, starting her career as a Natural Therapeutic Specialist and later getting her Masters in Social Work. She focuses on the connection between body, mind and spirit in relation to ourselves, others and nature.
Ginna believes that creating an environment of nonjudgmental awareness allows people to use their life experiences for growth, emotional wisdom, well-being, and transformation.
