Mindfulness Meditation, Resiliency & Self-Compassion to Increase Joy and Decrease Stress

In 7 live weekly sessions, participants will learn 7 different mindfulness meditations with accompanying audio meditations and ongoing support to practice and commune between sessions. We’ll discuss the latest information on mindfulness including neuroscience & self-compassion research, and equip ourselves to find love, joy, and resilience, even in times of stress and hardship.

Weekly meditation drop-ins are also available and welcome.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Ginna Maus, LCSW

Ginna Maus, LCSW had dedicated her life to learning, practicing and teaching about the inner workings of the self. She has been a psychotherapist since 1999 specializing in mindfulness, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions up to and including death. 

She is holistically oriented, starting her adult career as a Natural Therapeutic Specialist before getting her Masters in Social Work. She pays attention, personally & in her practice, to how the body, mind & spirit relate to our interactions with ourselves, each other and nature. 

She believes by creating an environment of nonjudgmental awareness, one can wholly utilize their life experiences for growth, emotional wisdom, well-being and ultimately; transformations.
